Protection of personal data

In accordance with the law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 (in its amended version), and the general data protection regulation of April 27, 2016 (known as the “GDPR”), the Firm is the sole recipient of the information and personal data transmitted and/or collected through this Site, and they are not transferred to third parties.
Personal data is collected for specific purposes, which are made known to the persons concerned. This data cannot be used subsequently in a way that is incompatible with these purposes. This data is collected fairly; no data is collected without the knowledge of the persons concerned and without their being informed.
The collection of such data is optional, insofar as the absence of such data does not prevent or make it impossible to respond to a request for information or service, or, in general, to fulfill any obligation.
The Firm undertakes to respect the privacy of users of the Site and to protect the information provided. Any information collected will only be kept for the time necessary to process the requests concerned and/or to perform the services requested in accordance with the regulations in force.
As such, the Office implements technical and organizational security measures to protect the data collected against accidental or intentional manipulation, against the loss or destruction of data, or against access to such data by unauthorized persons.
The Office also requires all of its subcontractors to provide appropriate safeguards to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data.
