Bertrand de Saint Quentin advises companies, in particular international and family-owned groups, as well as founders, management teams and investors, on their strategic tax matters, with an approach that combines technical excellence, practical judgment and constant attention to clients’ objectives. He regularly advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and restructurings, often in an international context.

He has also developed a recognized practice in private client tax matters, particularly alongside entrepreneurs and senior executives, whom he assists with the structuring of their business and personal assets, notably in connection with disposals, reinvestments, successions and reorganizations.

Bertrand de Saint Quentin is also regularly involved in tax audits and tax litigation, including in sensitive, high-stakes matters, which he handles at every stage of the process, from tax investigations and audits through to pre-litigation and litigation proceedings.

Individually ranked by Chambers, he is recognized in the 2026 edition for the quality and breadth of his practice, his technical skills, the strength of his analyses, his responsiveness and his commercial awareness.

A regular contributor to specialist publications, he also speaks at conferences on French and international tax law. He is a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the French Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux (IACF).
