Gabrielle Wicker advises companies, founders and directors, both in France and internationally, on the tax issues arising from their mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate restructuring transactions. She also advises private clients on wealth tax matters. Furthermore, she assists them in litigation proceedings against the tax authorities.
