Jean-Christophe actively advises companies and investors on mergers and acquisitions, both on public markets (Public M&A) and private markets (Private M&A), as well as on corporate governance and securities law matters. He has recognized expertise in handling complex industrial transactions, particularly in the energy sector. He also supports his clients throughout the entire investment lifecycle — from initial commitments (venture capital, fund investments, co-investments) to exit strategies (M&A, IPOs, public takeovers).
A lecturer at Sciences Po since 2015 (Master in Finance and Strategy), he also serves as a member and Co-Chair of the French Securities Law Practitioners’ Association (ADB). Since 2024, he has been recognized among the Best Lawyers in M&A.
