A recognised specialist in corporate transactions, stock market law and governance issues, Christophe usually advises listed and unlisted companies, their boards of directors and managers, as well as investors in their strategic transactions (acquisitions, partnerships, major projects), the organisation of their governance and their sensitive litigation (stock market litigation, shareholder disputes, high-stakes commercial disputes, investigations and proceedings by regulatory authorities).
